Miso or Angel Egg?
1 egg halved and made with two different styles. One miso and one decadent luxury.
Cluck Candy
Braised chicken flat & drumette, slow smoked and then candied with a house sauce.
Wild Mushroom & Leek Soup
A creamy blend sautéed wild mushroom, onion, leek and garlic, simmered low and slow in broth and enriched with cream, topped with an over easy egg and lava salt, giving it a velvety, smooth texture with an earthy flavor.

Roasted Beet & Burrata Salad w/ Pistachio Dressing
Crispy Chicken Roulade
Bake organic and farm raised chicken seasoned with farm fresh herb and stuffed with wild mushroom and fresh mozzarella with mushroom risotto
The Coddled Egg
Pomme puree topped with farm fresh egg, lava salt and Beecher’s Flagship cheese.
Apple Tartlet Mignardise
Sable Breton, spring spiced chantilly cream, topped with apple tuiles and gelee.
